Great location, with easy walking distance to all the attractions and amazing restaurants nearby. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, organizing trips and transportation for us. The small terrace overlooking the canal was a lovely spot to enjoy a coffee or a drink while watching the gondolas pass by.
The room we stayed in was in need of renovation, especially the bathroom. The curtains were ripped off the ceiling, and when we addressed the issue with the front desk, they were rude and unhelpful.
