Probability of site occupancy of eight important jaguar prey species at four sites in Yasuní Biosphere Reserve.

Sites are arranged from least to most accessible (dark to light). As a point of clarification, white-lipped peccaries were never recorded in camera traps at Keweriono, however, occupancy models predict a small probability of occurrence of this species at this site based on covariates.
