摘要
2019年11月15-17日,由中国气象局、中国国家航天局主办的首届风云气象卫星国际用户大会在位于海南省海口市的海南大学召开。本次会议旨在建立一个风云气象卫星国际合作交流的平台,以便国际用户应用风云气象卫星数据开展应用,交换其应用技术和成果,并针对风云卫星全球应用,尤其是为“一带一路”地区提供服务等方面开展研讨。来自世界气象组织(WMO)、亚太空间合作组织(APSCO)、美国国家大气海洋局(NOAA)、欧洲气象卫星应用组织(EUMETSAT)、第六届中国气象卫星国际咨询委员会(ISCC)等组织的专家以及30个国家的风云气象卫星用户参加了本次会议。会议期间,中外参会代表和专家围绕风云气象卫星现状和规划、全球数据共享及应用服务、国际应用需求、全球天气监测及预报应用、全球生态环境监测应用等议题进行了交流和研讨。
