The pools are great, the beds and pillows are very comfortable and I liked that even the last day you have to leave the room at 12h they let you stay in the hotel and pools the whole day if you want and they keep your bags. Then you can change and shower at the spa.
The cleanliness of the rooms could be greatly improved. In two nights the floor was still not swept or scrubbed. Full of lint. And the food was quite improvable. Breakfasts were good, but lunch and dinner there was even a tray of burnt cabbage that should not even have been put in that condition. You could still eat it. But I say it could be improved. The breakfast hours didn't convince me xq until 8h in the morning there was no place to have a coffee, there aren't even bars around so they should open some of the cafeterias before that. The hotel is away from the hustle and bustle but close to everything. Pharmacy nearby.

Certainly the pools. interior with the water jets and running pool, children loved it. It's also great when it's not a good day or for babies, because of the water temperature. food is also very good. Lots of variety. paella is very good. if you choose M. P. they give you the option to combine lunch or dinner as it suits you best.
The cleaning of the room and of some installation. The girl who was doing our room didn't change the plastic cups in the sink when she did the room and there were the 4 used ones. She also didn't clean up cookie crumbs that were on one of the tables. And in the outdoor pool toilets in one of the toilets there was a soda can behind the door the 2 days we were there. I don't know if it's still there. I guess they go fast and do just enough but don't stop to look around. And the nighttime entertainment is very weak. Pretty poor for a four-star.

best, without a doubt, is comfort. Cleaning of the room, room itself, intimacy that even the balcony allowed, isolated from the others, being treated as it is a huge hotel with an infinity of guests. swimming pools are also incredible, hall, wide and comfortable. design of the entire hotel is amazing, almost futuristic. We loved it.
worst thing about the hotel is certainly the food and organization of the dining room. We made the mistake of taking full board, and, in fact, in the evenings, it was often the same midday meal in a different form. feeling is that of eating in a school canteen. food has hardly any taste, use people make of the dining room is excessive: they take huge amounts of everything, as if the world were going to end. I don't know, rest of the hotel was amazing but going down to eat three times a day depressed us, so if we go back we will do it without any board, just with breakfast.

rooms are very good and spacious. With double bed, single bed and sofa. with a balcony. the waiters and staff on the pool terrace are very nice and friendly. Like being with friends. good people, they treated you like a colleague and that is to be thanked. Very, nice. the wonderful free spa pools and paid spa circuit for £10 very good too. the hotel is very nice full of plants and trees and with a glass lift. building gets a 10 for the nature inside.
The one thing I shit on was the buffet. The worst buffet of my life by far. Everything sucks. Very little variety and everything's very bad. They don't put quality food (like a good seafood paella, shrimp or crayfish) that would have to be at least good to be in good shape. We had dinner 3 nights in a row with beef (3 nights in a row!!!!) and all the bad food. It was worthless. In my house I would have eaten much better. Fucking sucks at the buffet. And the other bad thing is the cleaning. It leaves a lot to be desired. They left a lot of dirty things to clean up. When you leave your house and go to sleep somewhere else, the first thing you think about is that they're clean. Well, room cleaning is a clean over. You'd expect better cleanliness from a four-star hotel.

The place was clean and original. The staff, including the manager, were friendly. The quadruple room I stayed in was spacious with great beds. The hotel's location in a residential area was fantastic, with the main shopping center and a market nearby.

The staff was generally very friendly!
The chairs in the dining room were all very dirty. Some of the crockery and cutlery was dirty. You really had to be careful to get a clean plate!!

Location, and has a lot of light in all the corridors and public places.
Reception staff slow and appeared disorganised. There were 4 of us in one booking but the whole process seemed to take forever.
