Materials digitized by the Center for Research Libraries are intended for the personal educational and research use of students, scholars, and other researchers of the CRL member community. Copyrighted images and texts may not to be reproduced, displayed, distributed, broadcast, or downloaded for other purposes without the expressed, written permission of the copyright owner.
In response to the ICOLC Statement on the Global COVID-19 Pandemic, CRL has released access limits on a portion of its digital content in order to allow research, discovery, and learning to proceed. CRL makes a good-faith effort to identify and observe third-party restrictions, where they exist, on the materials hosted on its Digital Delivery Service platform, and removes such materials promptly at the request of legitimate rights holders. Those claiming intellectual property rights to any materials hosted on the CRL Digital Delivery Service are encouraged to notify CRL.
The item you requested may be subject to copyright restrictions. CRL provides an online version only to faculty, students and staff from CRL member libraries, pursuant to the fair use provision of U.S. copyright law (17 U.S.C. 107).
By submitting this form you are agreeing to limit your uses of these materials to fair uses such as scholarship, research, education, criticism, commentary and other similar uses. Copyrighted images and texts are not to be reproduced, displayed, distributed, broadcast, or downloaded for other purposes without the expressed, written permission of the copyright owner.
