It's fantastic base for sightseeing and exploring Charleston. It has both incredible and very welcoming staff. The location is very central, near to the downtown area of Charleston, the Historic District, Market street, shops, great resturants, and the centre of the historical district on Meeting Street.

Loved our large and pet-friendly rooms.
I was given luxury and neat room with 2 double beds and a fridge, for example. The breakfast was great, there was lots of food to chose from. The venue's position was central. The staff were attentive yet not intrusive.

Normal chain motel. Perfect location in the historic district of Charleston. Service insufficient. A restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner is directly adjacent. Parking for a fee. Many sights within walking distance
unacceptable service. room not ready at check-in time. promise a call when it is, no calls until 6:00 p. m. on further inquiry finally get a room. on the second day after extensive sightseeing of charleston at 17.00 back in the room = room not made. only during the shower the staff came. was postponed to later. The room was not put in order at all. This was the worst experience of our 4 week trip. We will avoid this chain whenever possible.
