Everything is great here, had a decent stay for the price. The staff are exceptionally nice, we appreciated them. Great setting, it's right by downtown, quiet area, quiet area, and Nashville for routine medical procedure. Furthermore, it is 5 km from the touristic places like Hounslow Urban Farm.

The staff were great. the triple room I stayed in had a comfortable king bed. It was well-equipped with a microwave, coffee and tea makers, and a refrigerator. the location was fantastic, being very close to everything. I enjoyed some takeout from Pret a Manger, which was conveniently near the venue.

Did not like sorry wrong spot...Bathroom needs to be gutted and redone tub dirty. Floor filthy dirty. Electric outlet missing plate in room. Will not stay in this facility again.
Above statement..we should have changed hotels. But there for death in family and just not up to it..we just slept there.

The air conditioner worked. The layer of dust on the microwave made it easy to leave notes.
Staff might have been nicer - late check out was not granted after approved during check in. Ice maker empty. The party two doors down might have been better controlled.

It was an old hotel in a nice area. Water got clogged in the shower. Sink was old and nasty. Smoky room in a non smoking room, horrible. Stank!!
