We had a newly remodeled, updated room with double beds and TVs. The truly helpful staff provided all the necessary info. The location was absolutely perfect in a very nice area.

The location was great and within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The hotel was a perfect base for enjoying a nice area. The restaurant had tasty dishes for breakfast. The bathroom was amazing, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The hotel has a very modern design and brand-new rooms. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms feature a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a fridge. The breakfast is great, and there are pleasant views of downtown. The location is unbeatable and comfy, close to Downtown Dallas and the airport, Children's Medical Center, and Cotton Bowl. The check-in process is smooth, and they offer late check-out. The parking is conveniently close to the property. Everything is amazing.

I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service at this hotel. When our flight was delayed, causing us to miss our shuttle, the front desk staff went above and beyond to help us. They advised us to take a taxi and assured us that the hotel would cover the cost. This saved us from waiting for the next shuttle and made our arrival much smoother. Additionally, the hotel's dining area exceeded our expectations with its wide variety of delicious food options and attentive staff. I highly recommend this Marriott for its exceptional customer service and fantastic dining experience.
