Great central location next to common areas, CBD, Sky City, restaurants, and shops. Geographically in a very good spot right next to a tower and main street. Walking distance to Skytower.

Well-maintained hotel with patient employees with many IHG managers and staff Breakfast was DELICIOUS, room was brand-new and stocked. Easy to reach from Auckland airport, 27 minutes drive. Not the cheapest one nevertheless very good value for money.

I had a great time at Crowne Plaza Auckland! The rooms were exceptionally clean and quiet, with a writing table and a couch. The breakfast was incredible and awesome, with the Chef making eggs. It was very good value for money compared to other options. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The value for money at Crowne Plaza was great with the added bonus of crown lounge access. The room was fantastic and the location couldn't be better, just a short walk from Sky City. The staff were incredible, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even surprising us with sparkling wine and a card for our honeymoon.

The hotel breakfast menu lacked options for vegans, with limited choices beyond mushrooms and baked beans. It would have been nice to have dairy-free yogurt or a spread for toast and crumpets.

We stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location within the Atrium shopping centre was perfect, making it easy to access everything in central Auckland. The staff provided great customer service and were always friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet, allowing us to have a restful night's sleep. The amenities provided, such as room service and car hire, added to the overall convenience of our stay. We highly recommend this hotel for families as well.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate us. They were kind enough to find us a room two hours before check-in and even provided an early check-in when they saw that I was on a knee scooter due to recent surgery. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and we were impressed with the hotel facilities. Additionally, the hotel's central location was perfect. We were within walking distance to Queen Street, where we found plenty of shops and restaurants. The bus depot and the Skybus stop were also conveniently located nearby, making transportation a breeze.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff were exceptional in their care and support during a cyclone. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the harbor and main attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.
