Comfortable bed

Our room was next to the exit door and we heard the door slam every time someone went out.

The hotel was located really close to a freeway exit, a Costco wholesale supermarket, and Livermore for 5 years. The room was renovated and very clean and available with balcony. The price was US$ 165.

The bed of mine was a little hard.

My stay at Courtyard was fantastic! The recently renovated room was spotless and had all the amenities I needed, including excellent Wi-Fi. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the linens were of great quality. I also appreciated the Paul Mitchell toiletries provided. The fitness center was impressive, especially for a hotel of this level. The breakfast at the Bistro was on the expensive side, but the portions were huge and the staff was delightful. I had a wonderful experience.

Location was good for travelers heading north or south in California who want to bypass the bay area.

This Courtyard Marriott's pricing was at or near the top for this level of hotel. But, unlike similar hotels, does not provide breakfast. Breakfast was available for purchase from a vendor near the hotel lobby. If you add the over $30 paid for breakfast (2 people), Marriott was overpriced for the value received.

I made the reservation for my elderly parents. They had emergency while staying there and the staff (Ricardo) was very helpful to my mother. The staff in general was very helpful during my parent's extended stay.

Room was cleaned every day. Only cleaned when requested. I thought a continental breakfast was included, but I guess I didn't clearly see that it wasn't on the website. The elevator was out of service near my parent's room for over a day, which made it difficult for my parents to get to the lobby when they were recovering. I originally requested a room on the 1st floor when making the reservation, but was told my request couldn't be accommodated upon check-in.

Convenient location 📍 in a cool area with quirky shops, Costco nearby, and easy freeway access. The staff here are super friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home.

The indoor pool was nice and warm. The bartender gave us to go cups for the pool. my daughter said the pullout couch was comfy.

Was overall very happy with out check in, check out, breakfast and room.
