Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Our commitment begins with the hiring process. From there, it is nurtured throughout our organization by employees who hold themselves and their colleagues accountable for creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels like they are accepted and their ideas are welcome.

Our Success Comes From Many Different Voices

Great teams are built by diverse individuals sharing their unique perspectives and working together for the common good. Led by our guiding principles, we strive to create an inclusive organization where everyone is treated with respect and empathy. We do this through a framework that creates an inclusive workplace and offers the insurance sector a model for building similar programs.

DE&I is an essential part of our culture, not a one-time initiative. We have made an intentional investment to integrate DE&I throughout the organization.

The Workforce

Our employees are important to us, and we know people perform best when they feel valued, empowered, and respected by their peers. We are devoted to making sure that the organization gets the best talent available and to expanding our outreach to increasingly more diverse communities.

The Workplace

Recognizing that each of our 500+ employees offers a unique set of ideas, beliefs, and talent shaped by their personal backgrounds and experience is important. We value these differences and are actively engaged in finding ways to make sure we create a workplace experience where all employees feel included, respected, and confident to bring their whole self.

Our Members

One of our top priorities is to deliver value to our members. We launched a variety of programs for state regulators to engage with our employees and the diverse communities they serve.
