eBay always sides with buyers. I have had items returned with "Just
changed my mind" as the reason that I cannot win an appeal for. Cancel
bid and relist and move on. This place is a nightmare if you go against
buyers.

the intention of this change? It has made buying and selling absolutely
horrible and making a lot of people look for alternative to eBay.
No its pretty bad. I've had buyers straight up lie about descriptions.
