العربية: نظام يونكس الخامس (بالإنجليزية: UNIX System V) تختصر إلى SysV. وتكتب أيضا النظام الخامس (بالإنجليزية: System Five) هي واحدة من الإصدارات التجارية الأولى من نظام التشغيل يونكس. والذي طور بواسطة شركة إي تي أند تي وصدر الاصدار الأول في عام 1983. تم اصدار اربعة اصدارات رئيسية من نظام يونكس الخامس (بالإنجليزية: UNIX System V), وتم تسمية الاصدارات بـ 1, 2, 3 و 4. وكان الاصدار الرابع من النظام الخامس أو كما اطلق عليه بـ(SVR4) الاصدار التجاري الأكثر نجاحا, وكان هذا نتيجة لتسويق وتوحيد نظام اليونكس.

Van ser alliberades quatre versions de System V, denominades Releases 1, 2, 3 i 4. System V Release 4, o SVR4, va ser la versió més popular, i la font de diverses característiques comunes d'Unix, tals com "SysV init scripts" (/etc/init.d), utilitzades pel control d'inici i apagat del sistema. El sistema també forma la base de SVID (de l'anglès System V Interface Definition, Definició d'Interfície de System V), un estàndard que defineix com els sistemes System V han de treballar. L'altra de les dues principals ramificacions dels sistemes Unix és la distribució de programari de Berkeley BSD.

Původně byl napsán v Bellových Laboratořích (Unix System Laboratories, USL) firmy AT&T a zveřejněn poprvé v roce 1983. System V je přímým pokračováním systému napsaného v roce 1969 Dennisem Ritchiem a Kenem Thompsonem.
