We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were very nice and the cleanliness was very acceptable. The location of the facility was perfect, as it was near all the places we needed to visit in this city. The hotel facilities were great, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere created by both the lady attendant and the warmth of a fireplace with comfortable chairs opposite the check-in. The breakfast provided was a nice bonus, with a good selection of food. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, especially regarding our Emotional Support Animal and ADA requirements. The bed was the most comfortable we have ever had while traveling.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the beds were comfortable with a choice of soft and firm pillows. The staff was incredibly friendly and always greeted me with a smile, making me feel even more comfortable. The breakfast options were also great, with a variety of choices to start the day. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near the airport and easy to find, with plenty of nearby restaurants.

The room was a nice size and featured TV, a microwave oven and a fridge. The breakfast was free and great and well presented with surprisingly good coffee and ice cream, as for instance. Location: the hotel was near Chicago and multiple shopping districts and Lombard. Furthermore, in 2 or 3 areas.

The venue exceeded my expectations and provided a very comfortable stay for my short visit, with well-furnished suites that made me feel right at home.

To top it all off, the complimentary breakfast was a delightful bonus, providing a variety of options to start my day right.
