The villa is extraordinary, spacious, comfortable, with a simple decoration but with taste. We were 8 people, with enough space for the moments when you need privacy. The pool is super clean. Very good cleaning and service. Breakfast is good too. Very good quality price.

At the time of locating the establishment, we made many turns, the map indicated us badly. It is known by the neighbors of the area as Colina Da Lapa, not as Colina Luxury, this misled the people to be able to indicate us well.

I was in the private villa with swimming pool and we loved it, large villas and very careful, lots of cleaning in all areas, very recommendable place.

Great spot to stay, just a stone's throw from the caves 🏞️. the food here is absolutely delicious with plenty of goodies served for breakfast.

Beautiful complex and villa - with 4 bedrooms and a private pool. That was lucky!!! I had booked a villa with 2 bedrooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine, too. However, one should also rent a car for the whole time in order to be able to explore the diversity of the Algarve sufficiently.

I spent 10 days at this place and I'd totally come back. the beds were so comfy it was like sleeping on a cloud. 🛏️ I really liked the garden view – so peaceful. the service was top-notch, and there was a nice vibe around the place. the staff were all really friendly, which was a big plus.

There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was exceptional! I had reasonably large room with a fireplace, central heating and an iron. Location: the hotel was next to the restaurant where AMAZING & FRIENDLY, popular beaches and the caves.
