We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right at the top of the main street, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and well-equipped rooms. The owner was very thoughtful, providing fans in the bedrooms and lounge to cool the rooms down before our arrival. We also appreciated the milk left for us, along with a bottle of wine and chocolate. The communication with the owner was quick and we felt well looked after.

The location of Clock Tower Flats was absolutely fantastic! We had a perfect view of the town's stunning Christmas lights from our windows. The flat itself was spacious, clean, and modern, making our stay comfortable. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the pod coffee machine and milk in the fridge. The owner was quick in their communication and made us feel well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, comfortable accommodations, and reasonable price.
While the TV channels were a bit challenging to navigate, that didn't overshadow the positive aspects of our stay. Additionally, there was limited storage in the bedrooms and a lack of wardrobe in one of the rooms, which could have been problematic for a larger group.

Perfect location for exploring and enjoying the Christmas festivities in the town. The hotel was centrally located, close to restaurants, cafes, and the train station. The flat was spacious, clean, and modern. The two bedrooms were comfortable and the wifi and TV access were good.- The owner's communication was quick and we felt well looked after. They even left us a lovely surprise of a bottle of wine, chocolates, and milk in the fridge.
Parking was a bit of an issue, with limited availability on the nearby streets. However, there were free long-stay car parks not too far away that we were able to use.
