For the price this hotel is very satisfactory. The room is quite spacious, there is a kitchen area and lcd. Laundry room and vending machine is useful and a nice small lounge area. There are convenient stores nearby as well as Yoshinoya, Subway, and Pharmacies. A bit of walk to Shinjuku Station especially if you bring young children along. But overall a very nice stay.
The vending machine was empty for some products for quite some time, the laundry room is crowded at night because one dryer was not working properly. Other than that everything was in order.

For Tokyo, this hotel gives you plenty of room. The rooms are a really good size. We loved the space, the separate living area, DVD player, free Wi-Fi etc and the equipped kitchen so you can get comfort food from the 7-11 on the corner and cook it yourself if you wish (welcome after 2 weeks in Japan and coming towards the end of our holiday). Loads of storage space for your luggage, drawers and shelves everywhere. Toiletries and hairdryer present. Great location 5 mins walk to Metro subway station and 20 mins walk from Kabuchiko and Shinjuku. There are cheaper places out there, but this one is really worth its money - highly recommended.
I cannot fault anything with this hotel.
