There were a safe, a minibar, and central heating in the room, enjoyed that. The breakfasts here were good with nice views. The staff was responsible and very helpful and always greeted us. The location was very central, stunning in tourist area in Istanbul.

Location is very good. Convenient - tram, train station, ferry piers are really close, but not too close to be bothersome, just few minutes walk. Historical sites are also very close, perfect to see the city in just few days. Breakfast on an open terrace is nice, although food selection was not huge, but consistent and fresh. Hotel staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Room was relatively small, but clean, and with a mini bar if anyone cares. Free transfer from the airport (with a minimum 3 nights stay) was prompt, a nice touch as well. Lady in charge of Internet booking, Suzan, was very responsive and helpful with all questions before the trip
Internet Wi-Fi access did not work the first day. Code provided by the staff did not match to available networks. We were told that it happens on weekends. Next days there was a new network which accepted the code. To be fair - there is a public computer in the lobby, although it seemed to be almost always busy.

I had a good experience here, everything was perfect. the location was handy near good affordable restaurants, as well as the Galata bridge and the more modern side of the Golden Horn. My room included central heating, coffee/tea making facilities, and cable channels. the breakfast was great on the rooftop, and all the food was fab!

hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. it was my second time to stay in the hotel and i will stay there again and again.
some people may not notice this, but am very sensitive to dust. the room was cleaned but i gues the cleaning ladies did only the bathroom and change the bedshets. but they never dusted a thing for the four days i stayed there. though i didnt complain.

Good and very central location in the old town, a 5 min walk from Topkapi and 2 min walk from the tram. Efficient staff. My room was pretty small, but clean and well organized.
My room was noisy, it was facing a bar/restaurant with very loud music until 3AM. The curtains were too small and did not cover the whole window, resulting in a lot of light entering the room in the early morning.

Very central position, clean rooms, breakfast is ok
Generally rooms are a bit small. The triple room is not was is shown in the photos on the website, triples are available with 3 single beds only. The room in photos is a suite. I would consider this as unfair publicity
