During our Christmas stay, we loved the fact that the hotel was located near a lively square with plenty of food stalls and children's activities. It was a great location for experiencing the local culture and trying delicious and affordable food. Another plus point was the proximity to the ADO bus depot, which made it convenient for us to catch the bus from the airport and save on taxi fare. the staff at the hotel were also amazing, particularly Denisse, the receptionist, who was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

We were disappointed to find that the room we booked with a kitchen did not have any crockery, cutlery, dishwashing liquid, or cloth to wash with. This made it inconvenient for us to prepare our own meals.

Convenient stay close to bus station. Limited outlets in room, but made it work. Local square with food carts nearby. Good value for the price. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the ADO terminal, making it a great choice for travelers arriving or departing during heavy rain. The staff are helpful and accommodating, arranging taxis and allowing for late check-ins. Guests can easily walk to a very good restaurant, La Habichuela, for a delicious meal. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with charming old-world decor. Additionally, the hotel offers free Wi-Fi in the lobby, and the air conditioning works well to keep guests cool and comfortable.

One negative aspect is the limited number of working electrical outlets in the rooms, which may be inconvenient for guests needing to charge multiple devices.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with the hotel being near the Plaza, a local fair, and the ADO bus station. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to catch the bus from the airport and easily reach downtown for a low cost. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the rooms were spacious and well-designed. The staff, especially Denisse, was incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt safe and enjoyed exploring the local area. this hotel provided great value for money and a welcoming atmosphere.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. Firstly, the location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown Cancun. The hotel is situated just a short walk away from the bus station, making it extremely convenient for travelers like me. The area around the hotel was lively and vibrant, with plenty of restaurants and food stalls to choose from. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to assist me with printing documents and allowed me to store my luggage while I explored the city. The room itself was spacious, well-maintained, and had a kitchen area, which was a nice added bonus. I also appreciated the high ceilings and comfortable bed, ensuring a good night's sleep. I was extremely satisfied with the value for money and attention to detail at this hotel.

Didn't dislike anything about the property

I had a really comfortable stay at this hotel in downtown Cancun. The room was spacious with high ceilings and had a kitchen and balcony, which was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and the basic amenities were all in good condition. The location was great, right across from the lively Parque de las Palapas.

No major issues, everything was fine.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is close to the bus station and within walking distance of a variety of good restaurants for dinner. The hotel is also near a park, which means you can wake up to the soothing sounds of birds chirping. The rooms are roomy and clean, with super comfortable beds and plenty of hot water in the bathroom. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast on the patio and take advantage of facilities such as a room safe and a mini bar in the fridge.

The hotel's room service closes in the afternoon at around 5 pm and does not reopen until 8:30 am the next morning.
