The hotel was beautiful and overlooked the ocean. I greatly enjoyed having a lounge, sitting area, and fireplace in the room. Its location was stunning, just off from a pub that served great food and close to Butchart Gardens. The resort is located in the Marina area, and it balances environmental conservation with meeting client needs.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The view from our room was amazing, overlooking the harbor. The room was very clean and spacious, with a nice jacuzzi tub and a lovely deck to enjoy the sunset. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The food at the on-site restaurant and pub was delicious, with generous portions. The hotel also provided robes, pool shoes, and pool towels for our use, although we didn't use the pool. a great experience!

I had an amazing stay at the Brentwood Bay Resort & Spa. The room was beautifully appointed and the jetted tub and rain shower were absolute luxuries. The view from the patio overlooking the pool and bay was absolutely stunning. The on-site restaurant served great food and the pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxation. The fast check-in with complimentary cider and contactless checkout were also convenient.
One specific situation that stood out to me was when our fridge stopped working during our stay. However, the staff at the front desk were quick to offer a solution by allowing us to store our refrigerated goods at the front desk.
