The location of the hotel was marvellous and gorgeous, not too far from Esperanza Malecon. the room I got was impressive and inviting with the AC running full blast, an oceanfront balcony, and coffee. - the service was helpful. - the pool was amazing.

The resort is situated in a secluded location close to the most stunning beaches in the Caribbean. the service provided was helpful and accommodating. - I stayed for 5 nights and would definitely choose to stay here again.

The location of this hotel was excellent, as it was close to many good restaurants in Esperanza. We were able to easily explore the island and visit some of the best beaches in Vieques. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff provided great service. The breakfast was delicious and the view from the pool area was breathtaking. the hotel had several advantages and facilities that made our stay enjoyable.

There was one negative aspect of our experience that could have been better. The bar hours were limited, which meant that we couldn't get a drink in the middle of the day.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel just off the cliffs overlooking the beautiful Caribbean. The location was perfect and the views were breathtaking. The staff provided the most amazing service from the moment I arrived. They greeted me with a welcome drink and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable and I enjoyed hearing the ocean waves from my room. The hotel had a beautiful infinity pool where I could relax and soak up the sun. The restaurant served delicious food with great views of the ocean. The staff was always helpful and assisted me in arranging taxis and providing information about the area. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

The bed with hypo-allergenic pillows was exceptionally comfortable and the room itself was impressive and absolutely fabulous. The location was marvellous, for example, Black Sand Beach was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

We had a romantic escape and enjoyed the stunning views of the ocean. The customer service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. The resort's location was ideal, with easy access to downtown and the beautiful surroundings. We also loved the privacy and serenity of the resort, making it a perfect getaway for couples.

There were a few issues with the room. The mirrors were dirty and needed cleaning, and the air conditioner filter was not clean.
