The location of the hostel is incredibly convenient, with easy access to the main tourist attractions in the city center. It is also located near the central bus station and metro station, making it convenient for exploring the city. the rooms and bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. the staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. the hostel offers a kitchen and various amenities, such as computers, making it suitable for budget travelers.
The toilets may be uncomfortable for taller individuals, as they are on the smaller side.

Very clean and quiet hostel
Room lighting is centralized (at the reception!) and there is no possibility of individual light, so you can sleep with the lights on all night or on the contrary, if you go later, you risk doing things in a completely dark. There are completely unheated rooms (112) and for cooler days this is a problem.

Promising new hostel but poor execution. The hostel is brand new with a nice design and features. They had a decent sized kitchen for guest use and a nice lounge area to relax in. The beds were also really comfortable.
The hostel didnt really avcomodate the needs of travellers, it seemed promising but wasnt well thought out. Some examples; no powerpoints in rooms, no light switches either (controlled by reception we believe but werent told this), no rubbish bins either. The showers are in cubicles with no where to hang your towel or place your clothes - there is no space to get changed either as the cubicle is the same size as that of a toilet so everything gets wet from the shower. There were no hand dryers or paper towel in the toilet room either so you had to take your own towel to the toilet each time. There were plenty of hand basins but they were placed right next to each other leaving no bench space to put belongings.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. the hostel offered a variety of daily activities and events, which was a great way to meet new people and have fun. the location was convenient, with key landmarks and amenities nearby. the room had curtains on each bed for privacy, as well as individual lights and plugs.
The hostel was often crowded, with a lot of people around most of the time. Not ideal for those looking for a quiet stay indoors.

Good location.
There aren't no where to get dressed in private without getting your stuff stay wet in the bathrooms. There aren´t toilet paper to clean the hands. There aren't rules for all visitors, the rooms are like a hell, lot dirty.

Staff are very kind and happy to help! Kitchen is good and I like the design of public area! It's in the city center and near metro station!
Too many people stay in a room and its very loud in the midnight because the rooms could barely against noise in corridor and other rooms

I had an amazing time at a hostel with a black swan logo. The staff there was so friendly and helpful, especially Kerem. He really loves his job and connecting with people. The atmosphere was incredibly social, with free dinners and events every day and night. I never felt bored or alone. The volunteers were fantastic and made my stay feel like home. The daily pub crawls and dinners were a blast. Can't wait to go back!
Nothing, everything was perfect! 😊

Great social atmosphere, perfect for solo travelers or groups. Nightly activities are a fantastic way to meet people and experience local culture. Good WiFi connection, just had a small issue with connecting at first. Clean bathrooms and thoughtful curtains on beds. Overall a bit pricier compared to others, but worth it for the facilities and atmosphere.
