Digital Mobility Solutions Lanka Limited, known as PickMe, has successfully concluded its Initial Public Offering (IPO), demonstrating robust investor interest. The company offered 43,474,179 shares at a price of LKR 36.00 per share, and the issue has been oversubscribed.

As detailed in the prospectus dated September 3, 2024, the subscription list will officially close today at 4:30 p.m. Applications received by the close of business will still be accepted. The basis of allotment will be communicated to the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) in due course.
