We had a great stay during our last visit, the weather was fantastic, the executive queen room we requested was spacious and well-equipped for our adult children.

Hotel’s breakfast was well prepared and warm with over-cooked scrambled eggs and also a 2 course meal and could satisfy any taste. The room was kept very clean and available with comfortable bed and pillow. The venue's location was central, in the ‘ Let there be crumbs' area...

The standard double room I booked online at Roker Hotel BW Premier Collection in Sunderland was really nice. It had a fan, a good view, and a large comfortable bed. Great value compared to other places. I had a really enjoyable stay on a Friday night.

Breakfast could have been better, not everything was there as advertised. For example, the sausage plate wasn't in the menu for all 3 days.

Every day from 8p.m. there was no warm water in shower.

We had a room overlooking sea, the hotel was quaint and chic. The venue's position was unbeatable and phenomenal, right on the sea front. The rooms were perfect and immaculate, with an electric kettle, an iron and an electronic key card.

The units are recently renovated and functional with comfortable beds and a beautiful view. the staff are very professional and offer wake up calls and complimentary ironing services.

I had a very good time at the hotel. the hotel was high-class and perfectly clean with stunning views over the sea. the staff was extremely well trained. the bed in my executive queen room was really nice. the location was ideal and convenient, close to St Andrew's Church.

It's right on the ocean. Breakfast was great. The bed was very comfortable.

In the bathroom the flush was not in order and the panelling came off at the bathtub. . But it's okay for one night to pass through.
