The staff were very professional and fabulously helpful people. The room was a nice size with standard beds, and everything seemed perfectly clean.

Very centrally located. By tram and subway, you can get quite fast to the centre.

Lovely little property with very amiable employees when the receptionist had locked himself out of the hotel. Comfy bed, clean bathroom and a safe, a sofa bed and central heating in the room.

The hotel was wonderful and clean. It had an unbeatable location on the outskirts of the old town in Vienna.- The room was fantastic and elegant with a good view of sunrise.- I enjoyed that the beds were lovely.

Friendly breakfast service

Heating is not working properly, room was too cold for me. I'm a little used to the hotel.

The location is good.

The boss is rather unfriendly. Everything is narrow and you can't just walk through it with the stroller.

This place offers a diverse and delicious breakfast, including fresh eggs made to order, tasty coffee, and pastries, making it a spot worth coming back to as it met my expectations.

During my next trip, I had a great stay at this place with friendly staff and a fantastic location close to the metro station, the breakfast was delicious, and the check-in process was efficient.

top location, cleanliness better than last time

4 stars absolutely undeserved. Breakfast of the lowest quality, at first glance very extensive, with a closer look a lot at the buffet table that was served there for the umpteenth time and looks really disgusting optically, lots of old bread and no fresh pastries, cakes exclusively from the plastic packaging, coffee is only served the boiler ... less, but higher quality would be more in this case.

Room top super location . Breakfast was everything the staff was super friendly and highly recommended. We were also very central.

Waking up to a room with amazing sunrise views was fantastic! 🌅 I really enjoyed the beautiful European-style decoration here.

Large breakfast, great views, handy location so close to all public transport and restaurants, cafes, bars, the centre of town and airport. The room was air conditioned and new-fashioned, the staff was competent! Comfortable bed and exceptional services. Private parking on site provided. The early check-in process too.

The light in the corridor that reacted on each small movement while sleeping, it can´t be turned off.

The breakfast selection here is excellent, with elegant and fantastic room accommodations.

Great central location. A little rustic. Our small children were welcome, no problems.

They didn't need anything themselves, but the reception desk was no longer occupied after 14h. Equipment could be a bit newer here and there, despite the traditional family business.
