The entire hotel was fairly clean, spotless and modest rooms. Friendly service from all the exceptional and pleasant staff that I interacted with. The breakfast was marvellous exactly as I hoped, with cheese and salads and pastries. The ambiance was family and I loved every second of the very nice time here...

Had a very nice stay on our short visit. the location was central, right next to the Ravenna Gorge Christmas market and main ski slopes. - the breakfast was awesome, with lots of excellent food.

Our stay at this place was delightful, lasting two additional nights in a recently renovated double room with a charming balcony.

The position of the hotel was stunning and magnificent, close to many attractions. Most of the staffs were very knowledgeable.

The breakfast was awesome. The views were absolutely breathtaking. The location is amazing, right next door to a gorgeous lake, main attractions, and the Christmas market. The rooms are huge and modern, with a small balcony and a couch bed. The staff working here are welcoming and amazingly nice. The hotel offers a lot of food, with an attached restaurant.

Perfect location for touring the south Black Forest and central to other destinations in the area. The hotel is conveniently situated for exploring the Black Forest and its attractions. The breakfast is exceptional and the staff is very nice.

The buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of yoghurts and cheese options. The spread was nicely laid out and there was even an option to sit outside. The biergarten was also a highlight, with Bruno providing excellent service. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to nearby towns.

There were a couple of incidents with the restaurant staff that left a bad impression. After a waiter spilled a drink on our friend, very little was done to help clean up and no apology was given.

There were a few aspects that left us disappointed. we were hoping for more options for charging our electric vehicle, as there was only one dedicated socket for BEV charging.
