Luxurious hotel with excellent staff and good service. Free bottle of Cava sent up to our room for our honeymoon. Room always clean with a view of Sacre-Coeur. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate our twin bed request, providing two rooms at no extra cost. Delicious chocolates and a bottle of water with an apology note left in our room. Ideal location near Opera Garnier and a short walk or bus ride to attractions. Supermarket nearby for convenience. Great service, especially for families, with staff willing to help and warm up milk for our toddler. Comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. Impressive bar and foyer area that gives a warm welcome.
Felt well taken care of, nothing was too much trouble.

We had an amazing New Year experience at this hotel! The little welcome gifts in our room were a nice touch and the hotel staff were incredibly polite and helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect, with great restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions all within walking distance. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary drinks at the hotel bar and the delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant.
While the room was clean and comfortable, it was on the small side, which made it a bit cramped for two people. Additionally, the bathroom could have been a bit bigger.

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the hotel and saw the skylit atrium lobby. It had a chic yet grand atmosphere that made me feel welcome. The reception staff went above and beyond to accommodate my early check-in request and found me a wonderful room. I was delighted to find out that my room had a spacious layout and a stunning view of the Sacre-Coeur. The hotel's restaurant, located off the lobby, offered a cozy and intimate dining experience with delicious food. I also enjoyed spending time in the lounge area, sipping on drinks and appreciating the pleasant ambiance. The hotel's location, near the Opera and Gallerie LaFayette, was extremely convenient. I had a good experience and would recommend this elegant hotel.
Although this review is positive, I would like to mention that some guests mentioned broken facilities and a lack of spa or pool facilities at the hotel. However, these issues did not affect my stay.

The single rooms lack proper hanging space, with the bottom of the in-built wardrobe occupied by the mini-bar.
