Loved the friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms with AC, well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely rooftop terrace with great views. Great location, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The owner was amazing, very nice and easy to contact.

everything there was perfect, especially the quiet ambiance. air conditioned rooms, facilities were included, like climate control, an electric kettle and an iron.

The location of the hotel is great, making it easy to connect with other places on the island. There is a nearby bus stop, and the St Julians Bay beach is within walking distance.

There were some cleanliness issues in the shared bathrooms, with hair everywhere. However, it seemed like they were cleaned daily, which improved the situation.

We had a fantastic stay at Balluta Hill House. The location was perfect, with easy access to Sliema and St Julians. The room was spacious and well-furnished, with beautiful decorations throughout the house. The host was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The multiple nearby bus stations made it convenient to explore the rest of Malta and even visit Gozo/Comino. we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at Balluta Hill House.
