Burns (Republican Party) ran for re-election to the Georgia State Senate to represent District 23. He won in the general election on November 5, 2024.
Biography
Max Burns earned a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a master's degree in business information systems from Georgia State University, and a Ph.D. in business administration from Georgia State University. Burns' career experience includes working as the president of Gordon State College, a professor of management with Georgia Southern University, and a businessman.[1]
