Jarrod Ousley (Democratic Party) is a member of the Kansas House of Representatives, representing District 24. He assumed office on January 12, 2015. His current term ends on January 13, 2025.
Ousley (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the Kansas House of Representatives to represent District 24. He won in the general election on November 5, 2024.
Biography
Representative Ousley grew up in Johnson County, attending Shawnee Mission public schools. For over 13 years he has owned and operated a paint contracting company.
Ousley was first elected to the Kansas House of Representatives in 2014, representing District 24 which is composed of the city of Merriam and parts of Mission and Overland Park. In the 2019 session Rep. Ousley served as Ranking Minority Member of the Children and Seniors Committee, and as a member of the Child Welfare Systems Task Force, the Elections Committee, the Kansas Security Committee, and the Local Government Committee.[1] [2]
