Barbara Shanklin
Barbara Shanklin (Democratic Party) is a member of the Louisville City Council in Kentucky, representing District 2. She assumed office in 2003. Her current term ends on January 6, 2025.
Shanklin (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the Louisville City Council to represent District 2 in Kentucky. She won in the general election on November 5, 2024.
Biography
Shanklin earned her B.S. in business from McKendree University, her M.S. in training and communications from Webster University and her Ed.D. from Spaulding University.[1]
