The hotel is perfect, fairly clean. The room is very specious and extremely spacious and includes a good bathroom. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator are a nice touch. The location of the property is great, so close to location-bakery, carrefour market and old city of Tbilisi and the airport. There's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like Machakhela, located within 15 minutes walk or so. We will certainly stay here again, thank you very much.

During my Xmas stay, the hotel offered complimentary hot cocoa and cookies, which was a nice touch. The location was also convenient, as it was only a short walk to the main attractions. Additionally, the room had a nice view of the city.

We had a great stay at a charming hotel near the 9 April park. The renovated traditional-style building was lovely, and the rooms were small but very clean. Levan and his wife provided excellent hospitality, making us feel like friends. Highly recommended for families and groups. The hotel was located in a great area, close to a grocery store and a beautiful park. The building had a lot of character and the interior was undergoing renovation but it didn't cause any issues. The room was adequate, with a nice rain showerhead in the bathroom. They provided plates, cups, coffee, and tea for guests to use. The owner was very friendly and tried his best to be helpful, even though his English was limited.

There were some drawbacks to the hotel. The first room we were assigned had a non-working AC and a sewer smell in the bathroom.
