    Have a great week everyone!

It’s not easy to change world views. Faith has its own momentum and belief is comfortable. To restructure reality is traumatic and scary. That is why many intelligent people continue to believe: unbelief is an unknown.

My apologizes if this is not the right place for this:

No problem unapologetic…Sunday School is an open forum. Aron Ra is an acquaintance of mine. We have shared a few beers and debates over the years since he first came to Dublin for the World Atheist Convention in 2011.

It took me a while to figure out why so many Christians worship Trump. It has nothing to do with their Faith. This is because their Faith has been replaced with an ideology. That is what they now believe in. A Christian Nationalist Dominionist ideology. And that makes them bigots. That is what makes them dangerous. They will follow their idol over the cliff edge of American democracy while still hugging the Stars and Stripes. And Trump is even more dangerous than his flock of sycophants. From afar, it looks like the lunatics are taking over the asylum while the doctors and nurses are injecting each other with the tranquilizers.

“In Kenya, Islamists show the caliber of person their faith has made them to be.”

That is from Reg’ Sunday School. A couple of heart warming accounts of Islamic love..

So i just wonder if the rank and file of progressives would label that islamophobia?

This shows that there is good reason to fear Is-lame.

You can’t shame ME by calling it a ‘phobia’.

Unapologetic, I think we are on same page.

I have come to despise the notion of Islamophobia. Using a neologism/construct that is intended by Islamists to conflate bigotry against individual Muslims with the ideas of Islam so that the criticism of Islam is discouraged is shameful. The far left in championing the BS is protecting victimizers and hosing victims. It is literally the antithesis of what the left used to stand for. Just plain old free speech so that ideas are examined. I think Harris said Islam is the motherload of bad ideas and Islam causes all of the evils that liberals used to care about. It is worse than looking the other way at abusers of women and girls and gays and on and on. It is deliberate indifference.

I find Aron Ra to be both very sharp and totally sincere. And yes, Trumpism is a religious cult and the movie “Idiocracy” had become a documentary.

The following podcast she answers in a way that seems less than genuine to me. If you listen hear how emotional she sounds at that point in podcast.
