Aruma Hotel Playa del Carmen

I loved staying here! The location was amazing, so close to everything. I could easily walk to the best bars, nightclubs and restaurants. The sea was just a short walk away. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, and the hotel was modern and clean. My room had great amenities like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The rooftop pool and sun terrace were the perfect place to relax.

I would definitely recommend this place to my family.

They always had a smile on their faces and were eager to assist with any questions or concerns we had. the location of the hotel was perfect for our city trip. It was situated right next to the popular Coco Bongo Club, making it convenient for a night out on the town. Lastly, the prices at this hotel were surprisingly cheap, allowing us to enjoy our city trip without breaking the bank.

There were a few things that detracted from our overall experience at this hotel. the rooms had a strong smell of damp, which was quite unpleasant.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived until the end, the staff provided excellent service. The room design was impressive and made us feel like we were staying at a much more expensive hotel. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and for the first time on our trip, there was no smell of humidity or drainage. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the location was perfect. We were just a block away from the bustling 5th Avenue, where we found plenty of restaurants and nightlife options. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently close to the beach and other attractions, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy everything this city has to offer.

The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk away from the bustling nightlife and the vibrant Quinta Avenida. There are plenty of activities to do in the surrounding area, from exploring shops and restaurants to enjoying the beautiful beaches nearby. there is a vegan cafe conveniently located right next to the hotel, making it easy for vegetarians and vegans to find delicious food options.

The hotel lacks an elevator, which can be inconvenient for guests staying on higher floors.

The location of the Aruma Hotel was perfect - right in the center of everything, just one block away from the bustling 5th Avenue and two blocks from the beach. It made it very convenient to explore the shops, bars, and restaurants in the area.
