The article presents the main concepts about educational and assistive technologies, followed by work-related MOOC and assistive virtual libraries. Next, the methodology used in this work is exposed, as well as the development process of the MOOC, its structure, and proposed objectives, followed by the architecture of the virtual library of assistive solutions, technologies used and basic principles of operation. Finally, the results obtained with the training undertaken to date are presented in addition to the future work as a way to enhance and improve the project, based on the responses of participants.
