Nice hotel, good restaurant. Exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating, multi-channel TV, and a work desk in the room. Amicable staff in the whole property. Unbeatable location and satisfactory breakfast with many choices. Great way to end our weekend.

Great location for a stag trip - near all the nightlife. Rooms are basic but kept extremely clean, clean laundry, towels and shower every day.
Wouldn't recommend for couples looking for some peace & quiet

It is not a small hotel/hostel. So many different people around coming and going. Located in different buildings. a relaxed atmosphere. The location of the hotel/hostel is not ok for the families with kids. The prostitudes in the streets and doormen of the strip clubs can be annoying. The breakfast was ok for me. The wlan internet was not available in the rooms but only in the lobby but my room was on the 5th floor so maybe some rooms can connect near to lobby, I don't no. My room was faced to the main street and had a balcony; I liked it. Also the cleanliness was ok. The staff was young and varied and generally relaxed attitude
The bathroom in the room was uncomfortable; small floor basin; disturbing long curtain and the thiny waterflow from stable shower head. But the bathroom itself was not very small though.

Good location for the Reeperbahn vibe/nightlife..everything nearby..underground a few steps away. On the s1 direct line from Hamburg airport..Under 3 Euros airport to hotel great value.Hotel/hostel is set back off the Reeperbahn by a few metres making it feel a bit quieter by the day. In Hamburg id go back great location.
Check in at 3.00pm..not before no exceptions but will store luggage anytime. The rooms are functional and industrial but were perfectly adequate for a city stay..we were booked on the qm2 the next day so recognise value and this is it. The hotel is situated over and behind the roadside sexy bars which at 5 inthe morning a client/punter must have been thrown out of the club below and vented his anger on the club doors.. It was funny.. Nice hotel for the Reeperbahn....

Central citylife position and close to fish market with its famous small restaurants, bars etc
Not sufficient soundproof, however it is the same even in 4 stars hotels

Situated directly on the Reeperbahn with bars all around. Ideal For the younger traveller. Can be very noisy at night so ear plugs were a must for me.
We were in room 1003 directly next to the reception area, at night this could be very loud with music playing till the early hours and very loud residents returning from a night out. I had to ask for another room on the first night as the noise kept me awake till 4am. The staff had no problem in giving me another room which was very much appreciated. The staff were excellent and very apologetic.
