Location: the hotel was right by center of downtown Palm Springs, CA, restaurants and shops at the side of the building and the Palm Springs art museum. The staff was nice, they were always available.

The renovations that have been done really added to the overall ambiance of the hotel. We were especially impressed with the comfort of the beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already planning to return in the future. we highly recommend Andreas Hotel & Spa for a perfect stay in Palm Springs.

Although our stay was mostly excellent, we did experience some issues with the hotel WiFi. It seemed to have intermittent connectivity problems, which was a bit frustrating.
