Views appeared to be very very bad.

This venue is impeccably clean, housed in a beautiful building with a restaurant that offers a diverse menu; the rooms are exceptionally tidy, perfect for a wedding stay, highly recommend it to everyone.

Location: the hotel was so close to airport, and the Anantara Kalutara. I ate at the à la carte restaurant near the property. They provided a pretty decent and extremely tasty breakfast with every dish imaginable and verity of Foods, for example...

It had really bad views.

The location was UNBEATABLE and lovely, not far from the Cultural Triangle and the Italian Aqualina restaurant and the calm lagoon and dramatic rolling waves of the sea. It also was amongst nature.

The breakfast here is delicious, the staff is fantastic, and the room is beautiful and comfortable with all the necessary amenities.

Recommend to all. Got very well decorated room with splendid views of the ocean and a Nespresso machine, a closet space, and a telephone.

Serenity at its best! From the moment I arrived at this hotel, I was blown away by the incredible attention to detail. The hotel is situated in a secluded area, nestled amongst nature and offering breathtaking views over the lagoon. The rooms, especially those with a lagoon view, provide a tranquil and beautiful escape. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious foods to start the day off right.

Everything was perfect!

Everything at Anantara Kalutara Resort was excellent. There was nothing wrong with our experience. The resort is conveniently located near a fresh lobster restaurant, making it a great spot to have lunch. It's the perfect choice if you want to explore Richmond Castle.

The location here is absolutely beautiful, with the sea and lagoon close by. You have a secluded beach right in front, and it's only an hour away from the capital city. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants within the resort. Everything was fantastic, although a few staff members weren't very attentive. 🌊

Beautiful property by renowned architect Bawa. Warm and welcoming atmosphere with exceptional staff. Pool staff, cleaning staff, restaurant staff, and gym instructor were all attentive. Food and beverage staff were patient with kids. Amazing pool near rooms and convenient to breakfast. Villa and suite had stunning views. Phenomenal customer service and accommodating checkout. Dedicated and friendly butler. Perfect example of integrity and devotion in work. The reception dance and farewell were memorable. Excellent facilities for kids and adults. Can't wait to visit again.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and had a great view. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, close to the beach and with easy transportation options. We especially loved the breakfast with a good selection for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The hotel facilities including the pool were well-maintained and provided a great experience.

Nothing that we didn't like.

We had an amazing romantic escape at this resort. the staff made us feel welcome and were always ready to assist with a smile. the food was delicious and we loved the complementary coffee and water in the room. the location was perfect for a relaxing getaway with stunning views of the coastline and easy access to the beach.

The resort was a bit far from other attractions, so there was not much to do outside of the resort.

An Exceptional Weekend Getaway: The attention to detail and luxury accommodation were top-notch. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience. The poolside amenities, such as cold towels, fresh fruit, and sunscreen, were a pleasant surprise.
