Love the sizes. Love the ease of cleaning and using. However, this says these are carbon steel and have protective layers. I used this one 3 times to bake frozen pizzas. I assumed I could cut the pizzas ON the pan. I didn’t see anything in the care instructions not to do this.

They are durable enough without the weight of some pans. They have a great non-stick coating so they're easy to clean. Overall, I'm very satisfied and happy to dispose of the old pans.

Let’s start at the beginning. When I first purchased these pans and took them out of the box I loved them. The first couple times using them they were awesome! Nothing ever stuck to them and were easy to clean. I decided to try cooking a pork tenderloin on it and when I went to wash the pan the whole coating for non stick peeled right off not only into my food but into the sink as well! They are junk.
