The romantic catacombs decked in wavelengths of sculpted copper make for a dramatic atmosphere, warm hints of familiar scents from the kitchen. The seven-story shopping plaza houses some 300 shops, plus restaurants, cafés, SFX Cineplex, and more. The ballroom and event space, lit by crystal chandeliers, is a subtly luxuriant venue.
Being disconnected from the wifi and having to log in again after unlocking my phone was such a delight.

The hotel is very centrally located at the MRT and offers a shuttle to the metro, which is available individually. I got a free upgrade and my room was very nice. Dining room is very spacious and a great bathroom! There's an infinity pool on the roof terrace. Liked the hotel and would go there again.
Unfortunately breakfast was not included in my booking and booking breakfast is an expensive affair, but it was okay.

The hotel is definitely one of the upscale in Bangkok. Which can already be seen at the gold-plated entrance. The staff is super nice and helpful.
A closer look at the furnishings and the pool shows that not everything is super and of high quality. The bathroom furniture, for example, was quite peeled off. In the pool I discovered small animals and the wooden slats around the pool were partially dilapidated.

the facilities at the hotel were great, especially the spacious and luxurious rooms with large beds. the room service was excellent, with daily cleaning and replacement of toiletries. I was impressed by the bathtub in the room and the convenient iPad control. the staff, particularly the front desk manager, were amazing and went above and beyond to assist me, even helping me with my flight tickets. They even surprised me with a birthday cake! the rooftop pool and bar offered stunning city views, and the pool area was perfect for sunbathing. the breakfast had a good variety of Western and local food. While the location was not central, the hotel was only a few minutes away from the metro station, making it convenient for exploring the city. Cons: No complaints, a fantastic experience! .

Beautiful hotel and ambience. Unfortunately not so centrally located.
Places of interests are too far away.

- Staff. - Price/performance top. - Rooms spacious and very well equipped. - Pool on the roof is also ok
- Location not ideal, but 400m to the Metro. We preferred these because of the traffic in Bangkok

Always good. I always like to come back to the hotel. Rooftop bar and pool are great.
There was nothing wrong with the room or the staff. Unfortunately, the hotel has increased its prices considerably since last year. Breakfast for 460 THB is too expensive.

Comfortable and well-designed rooms made my stay at Amaranta Hotel enjoyable. The staff were nice and the room service was good. I particularly loved the smart technology in the room, which added a touch of convenience to my stay. Despite some limitations, like the limited breakfast options and the small pool area, I had a positive experience overall. I would recommend this hotel as a comfortable and pleasant place to stay.
