Nice small self catering apartments with very conveniently designed facilities. A lot of storage space and about enough living space - after all you are not here to stay at the room. Very close to all shops and restaurants and only around 5 min walk to the ski lift - and I'm talking about walking in ski boots with your skis over your shoulder. Quite pleasant rest area - swimming pool, gym, sauna and turkish bath (could have more steam though). Convenient mountain bike/ski storage, kids club with animator and reasonably priced pizzeria in the hotel will make your stay hassle free. Definitely would recommend to a friend.
Swimming pool a bit too small. Turkish bath should have more steam. Charging additional 70€ per week for the garage seems a bit expensive when on top of the bill.

Enjoyable stay with great facilities and helpful staff. The hotel has a good location with easy access to transportation and clean, comfortable rooms. The breakfast had a wide selection of good quality food, and the coffee was excellent. the hotel restaurant was known for its delicious pizzas.
The wifi could be improved to provide a stronger and more reliable connection. during stays, guests may experience crowded dining areas due to safety regulations, which can lead to long wait times for service.

Breakfast not very good, every morning the same. Strange that the omelet and egg in breakfast time do not propose.

For a 3 star hotel this place was great! 86.00 Euro a night for two? WOW! Awesome! The "free" spa was pretty darn good! My girlfriend enjoyed the breakfast very much, I however, was out running and missed it. Great place and a great value!
Check in/out times were a little late/early. 3pm is not an ideal check in time nor is 10am for a check out time.
