Overall, this place was quite clean. the staff was super friendly and welcoming, which really added to our experience here. Everything went smoothly and we had a great time! 🌟

Private parking onsite provided. Had double room with the tea, huge bathroom plus coffee. Good breakfast — a wide range of meals. Particularly good and unbeatable classy hotel location just next door to restaurants, bars and all area's and the airport.

We had a fantastic time. Good rooms, good breakfast, good staff, good price. It does seem a little too far from city center, but its a nice 10 mins walk.

Only thing I would improve is more English speaking channels on tv. (Or dvd player in room and rent out dvds)

It was an excellent experience. the venue was very elegant. - I really enjoyed the stay. - the location was easy, near transport links with short walks to metro or tram.

Staff were incredibly helpful as was the taxi service that they suggested.Hotel rooms were extremely clean and well presented.The hotel was quite handily positioned in a good area of the city near the Pavlova Metro which also has an excellent tram service.

I paid extra for the attic room which was supposed to provide good views from a balcony. I would suggest that this is just false advertising as my room had no Balcony and no views, just a slanted roof which diminished the room space.This was quite disappointing.If it wasnt for the helpful and friendlz nature of the staff I would have complained.

Breakfast is good and the room itself is pleasant. Not far from old town and major attractions (20 or 25min walking). They exchange money at the front desk with very reasonable rates. They also arrange airport shuttle at reasonable prices.

Doors do not lock from the inside. It is odd but after a while you get used to it. One morning the cleaning lady woke me up, I was still in bed and since the door do not lock form the inside, I could not prevent it. It is not a big deal, but something I think they could easily fix. Small problem with air conditioning, it only works below some temperatur (19 or 20 Celsius). If you set it up above that, it stops working.
