location: the hotel was very close to a bus line as well as the center of venice. i visited ae oche docks a minute walk from the venue for a few drinks.

The room was good sized and updated, with very clean bed and shower facilities, a hairdryer and a bidet in the bathroom. The staff was willing to help and provided great customer service. Our whole experience was pleasant, can recommend.

A pleasant place away from the crush of Venice.Reasonable sized modern rooms with pleasant staff.There are number of local restaurants and cafes in the near vicinity.

The breakfast was delicious and satisfying with plenty of affordable food options. Free Wi-Fi was reliable and the service was friendly.

The staff is very helpful with all sorts of questions (bus and schedule to Venice, train schedules from internet and unusual times of arrival at the hotel).

The bathroom was dusty and the toilet was leaking on the floor. Interior is really old and breakfast is quite pour.

Rooms here are spacious and practical. the breakfast has a nice variety of tasty options like cheese and fruits. 🍳

The room was very clean and big enough for us and our two small children. The breakfast was good and the hotel was very close to the highway(autostrada) Milano-Venezia, so if you have a car , it is very easy to go to Venice.

We staied in the hotel for a couple of days during August. The hotel is new, room are big, nice and clean. There is tv and Mini Bar. Room service is available but only until 2pm! We called for a meal at 2.20pm and the kitchen was already closed but they were willing to prepare for us something cold like sandwitch or salads, which was nice. There is private parking in front of the hotel (free) and also a covered one (not free). Wi-fi available but it is not free (high speed). In our case both parking and wifi were included in our room price. Otherwise the wireless is 5 euros for 12h use. There is also a 1h option but I am not aware of the price. In the period we stayed there was an execeptional heat in Italy and the ac of the hotel apparently was not able to cope. The first night was very difficult since it was really too hot. The next day we complained with the reception and the honestly mentioned the problem of the ac not strong enough and moved us to another room which was fresher and that was perfect. Breakfast is at buffet. Good selection also with fresh fruit. Staff very helpful and professional, a good stay. Next to the hotel there is a small shopping center where is possible to eat. All around there are restaurants. Petrol station just close by. Verona is reachable by car very easily, just a 10 minutes drive and you are in the center.

If you are there in summer ask for a room where the sun doesn't hit all day!

The rooms here were nice and well-lit, equipped with modern bathrooms, a bathtub, and WiFi – so convenient! the location is really great, close to a tram station 🚋.

Ok for one night stay good connection by bus to Venice found nice restaurant 5 mins walking, rcmended at the reception

Four stars too much I would suggest 2 max photos on booking look like the place is in the centre of mestre, is not no vegetable/fruits available for breakfast dry rolls served, no other choise excellent espresso

Lovely renovated room with a comfortable queen bed and a fantastic central location, with plenty of dining choices nearby.
