Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha met the new mayor of the Municipality of Kavaja, Fisnik Qosja, who was the winner of one of the municipalities of the district of Tirana. 

Berisha writes that he has expressed his gratitude to Fisnik Qosja, for whom he emphasizes "that he and the democrats of Kavaja freed this city as in the 90s from a second monism".

Friends, today I received in a meeting the new mayor of Kavajë Municipality, Mr. Fisnik Qosja. In this meeting, I expressed my boundless gratitude to the citizens, who, just like in the 90s, liberated Kavaja from the second monism as invincible on May 14. 

I also sincerely thanked the new mayor of Kavaja, the branch of the Democratic Party and his entire team for the brilliant success they achieved in this campaign. I wish him success in his high and noble task as the first citizen of Kavaja", writes Berisha.
