The Ajax Boutique Apart is a clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The location is great for those traveling between Romania and Greece - although it is a bit far from the center. The double rooms are decent - but the suites are absolutely amazing. The inside parking is convenient, and the hotel is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The terrace provides a great view, and the courtyard is lovely for relaxing.

During our stay at Ajax Boutique Apart, we were pleasantly surprised by the size of our apartment. It provided ample space for our family of four, making it perfect for families with children. The location of the hotel near the Sofia ring road was convenient for our overnight stay. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our time there. Despite a few minor issues, such as the lack of air conditioning in the rooms and the distance from the city center, we found our overall experience at Ajax Boutique Apart to be great value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Sofia.

The staff was friendly
5 days in a row no room service (no toilet paper, no emptying of waste bins, no fresh towel), breakfast 2 days in a row no butter / margarine. The breakfast is very lovelessly arranged (no rolls)

Quiet and calm location, close to the center of Sofia and shopping at Paradise Center. Sofia Zoo is within walking distance. Helpful and friendly staff, especially Andrew and Alice. Upgraded to the Presidential Suite. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Good selection and quality breakfast. Late night check-in and shuttle service available. Had a pleasant chat with Pauli at the bar.
Felt cozy, no complaints whatsoever.

Hotel is located in quiet place. Building is a new and stylish. There are a huge luxury restaurant with a nice view to Vitosha mountain and cosy bar with a pool table. Stuff is helpful and friendly. Free internet and parking nearby. We recommend to visit this hotel.

Nice hotel and very friendly staff. Breakfast is nice but typical Bulgarian , so don't expect to much.
Location is in the middle of a living area, so best to have your own car (and with GPS, else it could be a bit hard to find).
