Have you discovered a fascinating page? Did it make you laugh or cry? Please take some time to nominate that page. Why nominate a page? Because, it's like a virtual pat on the back, a way to recognize hard work. Also, featured pages are a wonderful example to those just starting out with WeRelate. A page from the list will be featured on the Main Page each week.

Need a few NEW candidates to this list (need some new material): Thank you!

Some possibilities:

Source:England & Wales. Non-Conformist and Non-Parochial Registers, 1567-1970 - contributor comments on one piece of the source

Source:United States. War of the Rebellion : A Compilation of the Official Records of the Union and Confederate Armies — A massive U.S. government compilation of primary source material from the Civil War published as 70 volumes over 128 bound books. This WeRelate source features an overview and publication organization, as well as access to the series atlas, indexes, online digitized volumes, and a full transcript.

Person:Mary Sherrat (1) could stand a bit of work - the narrative has headings but no detail for her 2 marriages (I just removed the links for those marriages because they were both broken), but I found the narrative interesting and there are good sources

Which Ruth Calkins Married Whom? - Good example of solid research and analysis of an identity puzzle.--jaques1724 20:12, 6 February 2024 (UTC)

Here are some of the criteria previously established for Genealogy Well Done Status.

Need more candidates please, thanks :)

There may be quite a few other candidates for the Featured Page at the "Past subjects and winners" page of the Genealogy Challenge/Contest, especially from the 2012-2014 time period. Some that I'm familiar with are Grand Duchess Olga Nikolaevna of Russia (July 17th this year marks the 100th anniversary of the murder of her and her family during the Russian Revolution), and others as well. --BobC 15:03, 12 January 2017 (UTC) (Updated --BobC 21:44, 10 July 2018 (UTC))
