Making lobster dumplings with The Fox & Falcon by David Burke
As soon as Restaurant Week is over, Fox & Falcon has announced it will resume its usual schedule.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QC Life) - On the occasion of Charlotte Restaurant Week, the elevated modern steakhouse The Fox & Falcon by David Burke that opened last fall in SouthPark offers several new dishes.
Executive Chef Seth Wilson dropped by the QC Kitchen to share with us one of their signature meals - lobster dumplings.
In addition to the said dish, the Charlotte Restaurant Week Menu includes a variety of different delicacies.
As soon as Restaurant Week is over, Fox & Falcon has announced it will resume its usual schedule, highlighting the following weekly events:
- On Wednesdays: Date Night | 3-Course Meal, $50 per person
- On Thursdays: 1/2 Price Wines (50% off select bottles of wine)
- Daily Offerings: Bar Bites Menu | available 5 to 7 p.m. in the bar area
In addition to that, with Valentine’s Day coming up, customers can look forward to new signature dishes.
