Surf Mesa & Madison Beer Reveal Cushy New “Carried Away” Music Video
Surf Mesa and Madison Beer teamed up for their new single, “Carried Away,” just in time for Valentine’s Day. And now the song has an official new music video to accompany it. “Carried Away” from Surf Mesa & Madison Beer is available now through Astralwerks. Premiering on YouTube just in time for the start of Spring, the official music video for “Carried Away” made its debut today (March 18) at 3pm EST/12pm PT.
“Carried Away” is a chill and groovy dance track with pop tones, R&B influences, and hip-hop infusions. Following the single and official lyric video drop in February, Surf Mesa and Madison Beer have just unveiled the cushy new music video for the track, which is already generating a significant buzz.
Surf Mesa exploded onto the scene with his mammoth single “ily (i love you baby)” feat. Emilee, which has already amassed nearly 550 million streams on Spotify alone. Early on in his musical journey, Surf’s beautifully-tropical “ily” received remixes from top-tier talent including Topic and ARTY. In addition to “ily,” Surf followed the release with “Somewhere” feat. Gus Dapperton, and a remix of Marshmello & Halsey’s “Be Kind.”
Madison Beer is a diverse singer/songwriter/performer and a true artist. Versatile at her craft, Madison Beer has proven her musical capabilities across a multitude of genres, including pop, EDM, hip-hop, and R&B. First dabbling in dance as the feature on “All Day And Night” from Jax Jones & Martin Solveig present Europa, Madison Beer returns to the electronic dance music (EDM) scene as she joins Surf Mesa on “Carried Away.” Her original singles, including “Baby” and “Selfish,” have received proper dance remixes from the likes of Jonas Blue, Alan Walker, Syn Cole, Axwell, Cedric Gervias, Feenixpawl, and more. In addition to getting “Carried Away” with Surf Mesa, Madison Beer also just released her debut album Life Support on Epic Records.
