Like the previous year, most customers used fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) networks, followed closely by users of services with dedicated TVK access devices. The landline telephony market value and the number of landline phone users have been decreasing yearly, with slightly over two million subscribers. In 2023, the duration of landline calls declined to approximately 2.4 billion minutes. This decrease in call duration also led to a decline in the number of minutes per subscriber.
