Digital access to banking services has become more and more important for consumers in the three Benelux-countries Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Data collection and data availability on this topic varies greatly per country, however. This report aims to combine and comparedata from different domestic and European sources and to provide answers to questions like: "how many men and women use internet banking in Belgium?", "which banking apps are downloaded the most in the Netherlands?" and "how concerned are people from Luxembourg about online banking fraud?"
